"The Aftrican restaurant at mezanine floor, due to the restaurant the hotel was overcrowded with people in the lobby, waiting areas especially the elevator was full most of the time for the people going to the restaurant at mezanine floor, other discomfort was the continues loud music played at mezanine floor which can be heard at the top 3rd floor rooms also."

"The location of the hotel was ideal for us hence places we needed to go to were easy to reach. The whole staff did a great job to accomodate us. The area was lively. All staff at the reception area were extremely kind. ANOWAR, NORAIDA & ABID had a benevolent approach which made us feel at ease. The house cleaning guys were amazing! Good work!"

"Price and the location were good. We stayed there for 5 nights. They have kept 3 bottles of water,but from the next day, we had to request them to give. They were very friendly. They gave water when we asked for 3 bottles every day 😊. The location is busy because of the shops nearby but walking distance to Baniyas Square Metro station. The room was very good. They have an African restaurant, but I have no idea about it we didn't visit"
