Het appartement bevindt zich naast het mooie Blloku, waar voor ieder wat te beleven is. Daarnaast is er een super park op loopafstand. There is a Spar supermarket right next to the building and a great pizza place downstairs. The parking is on site, which is great as it's pretty hard to find a parking space in the street.
