"Hotell on uus ja puhas, toredad töötajad. Pakutakse hommikusööki, mis on suhteliselt piiratud aga see vist ongi Albaania stiil. Hotelli kõrval on bassein, saime hotellist ka rätikud. Poolel teel lennujaamast kesklinna. Mugav sõita bussijaama ja veekeskusesse."

"Hotell asub tööstusrajoonis ja suure maantee ääres. Häirisid mõned puudused, wc-potil ei olnud prill-lauda ja toas ei olnud ühtegi riidepuud."

"AYLIN WAS so nice and sweet, helpfull and very professional. A tip upgrade here for the reception she will do a great job 😊 The room was spacious and bathroom also, very clean. The location very good."

"Staff were very helpful, especially Anna, who tried everything to make the stay comfortable. The manager bought us a baby bed specially to make our stay comfortable."

"The breakfast needs more variety and more frequent refills. The toilet flush needs to be maintained in most of the rooms. The curtains should be exchanged by other ones that don’t let light in."

"Me and my family had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, the rooms were always clean. The staff was always nice and considering, the receptionist Elti was very welcoming, and helped us throughout the visit with traveling ideas."

"It’s was a lovely experience, the staff were top notch and polite , checking in was easy . We made friends with the staff cause they were nice to us , I got a very good room with a nice view of the city , the hotel was clean , breakfast was served on time and a staff there recommended I try the banana drink which was the best . I also used the restaurant , tried Albanian food , drank their local beer which was cheap , the hotel is good and great value for money. The hotel has free parking cause my friends and I had 4 cars parked. *Little tip - I was in room 103 , it’s a very lovely room and great value for money . It has a large balcony 😉.Overall it was a lovely experience"

"Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfortable. Complementary free water bottles daily. The room was tidy and very clean. The check-in clerk was a young man who was very friendly and helpful (carried our bags up the stairs)."

"Wi-fi was slow and Intermittent. The parking area Rising Arm Barrier was not automatic and so entering and leaving would depend on the check-in clerk being present at the time. The elevator was not working during the entirety of our stay (we chose this specific hotel because it indicated it had an elevator and we are an elderly couple with some heavy luggage)."
