"This place was different than I was expecting, as I stayed in a room without a view, but it still turned out really well in large part because the hosts made me feel very welcome! They even went so far as to wash my clothes for me free of charge! The host gave me all the tips and advice to get the best out of my stay. He even took me up to the castle, which I wasn't planning on doing but it ended up being one of the best things I did in Himare so I am very grateful. It was located in a good spot but it was at the edge of the town, so it did require some walking to get to the main hub and other beach spots further down, but it was lovely as it's generally a small place and it gave me the opportunity to see it all properly."
