The cozy flat loodud Tiranas, 600 meetri kaugusel Skanderbegi väljakust ja 4,5 km kaugusel Dajti Ekspresi köisraudteest. Majutusruumidel on konditsioneer, rõdu ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. See hiljuti renoveeritud apartement paikneb Enver Hoxha endisest residentsist 1,5 km ja Kavaje kaljult 43 km kaugusel. Mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud majutusasutus kinnitunud Toptani ostukeskusest 400 meetri kaugusel. Apartemendis on 1 magamistuba, lameekraaniga televiisor, satelliittelevisioon, pesumasin ning köök, kus on nõudepesumasin, praeahi ja kõik muu vajalik. Vannitoas on dušš. Lisamugavusena saab majutusasutus lisatasu eest rätikuid ja voodipesu kasutada. Majutusasutusest avaneb horisont linnale. Apartemendi naabruses asuvad sellised populaarsed huviväärsused nagu Albaania rahvuslik ooperi- ja balletiteater, Tirana rahvusgalerii ja Albaania ajaloomuuseum. Tirana rahvusvaheline Ema Teresa lennujaam jääb 14 km kaugusele.

"We had an amazing stay! The hosts Kristina and Kozma and their cute little dog were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. They even shared the tastiest fresh tomatoes from their garden. The balcony had a gorgeous view over the sea, and they were kind enough to give us a ride back to Vlora. Honestly, such lovely people – highly recommend!"
