The place is located a little away from the center, but there are buses and taxis can bring you downtown. There are many food shops around, no party places, so it's very quiet. "Room was on 10th floor of an old Soviet Brezhnevka, accessed about 20m from main road. For some nervous guests it might appear a bit rough but it was fine and really modern once in the apartment. I like the rustic nature of some of the old blocks that local people actually live in but you could say its very 'No Frills' until you get to the apartment itself. There was an elevator and I used the elevator to go up and the stairs to walk down each time, personal choice. If you love under-floor heating this apartment has it. It also appears to have air-con but no remote was available. Smart-Lock on the door which was good, easy to use and if you like that kind of thing. New TV, large new washing machine available for use. The drinking water was delicious and really fresh and cold. Wi-Fi was OK. Bed very comfortable. Glad I visited."
