"The staff was incredibly kind, always smiling and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious meals and great service. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. It was fresh, varied, and beautifully presented."

"One small suggestion for improvement is that it would be great to add mosquito repellent devices in the rooms, especially during this season, as there are quite a lot of mosquitoes."

"We stayed one night at Nork Residence Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff welcomed us warmly and treated us with coffee and biscuits upon arrival, which made us feel very comfortable and appreciated. The room was nice and clean, with clean bed linens, and it looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com. The internet connection was fast and reliable. Because it was a low season with fewer guests, breakfast was served in our room. The breakfast was sufficient, fresh, and delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and the hospitality of the staff. We truly enjoyed our anniversary stay and would gladly recommend this hotel."
