"We had a truly memorable stay at this guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and instantly made to feel at home. The kindness and hospitality of our host truly stood out and left a lasting impression. We also had the opportunity to upgrade to one of the private cabins in the backyard, which gave us our own space for three relaxing days. A wonderful bonus that made our stay even more special. Our cabin was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed. The location was ideal, peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. "The place is quiet and beautiful and the room is really cozy. We were able to check in earlier which was a great help after a night flight. The staff is friendly and really helpful. Breakfast is tasty, there were two new main dishes every day, and desserts, salads, vegetables, and drinks were the same but there is still choice. Towels were changed daily. In general, bathroom is good and there is blurred window, so you don't have to switch on the lights. By the way, there is also dim light in the bedroom which is comfortable for eyes in the evening and can be switched both from the door and from the beds, which is really convenient."

"Excellent Location in the City Center near all restaurants, and supermarkets. The house was warm and cozy despite the cold weather outside. The owner was responsive and supportive. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 toilets and a bathroom. It had all the essentials required for a short or long stay. On our special request, the owner and his wife decorated the house with a Christmas tree and other beautiful decorations. We had a lovely holiday in Tsaghkadzor, in such a cozy house."
