Majutusasutus Alpha loodud Jerevanis, 2 km kaugusel Vabariigi väljakust. Tubades on konditsioneer ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. 2018. aastal ehitatud majutusasutus on Armeenia ooperi- ja balletiteatrist vaid 2 km ning Jerevani riiklikust ülikoolist 700 meetri kaugusel. Igas toas on lameekraaniga televiisor ja satelliittelevisioon. Kõikides tubades on kirjutuslaud. Kõikides tubades on veekeetja ning mõnes toas on ka mikrolaineahjuga kööginurk. Armeenia ajaloomuuseum on 1,6 km kaugusel ning Püha Gregoriuse katedraal on 2,5 km kaugusel.

"Location The hotel boasts an excellent location within easy walking distance of the city center. Being situated in a quiet courtyard means no street noise whatsoever – perfect for a peaceful stay. There are also convenient shops and restaurants nearby. Room Quality The room was clean and equipped with all the essentials. What really stood out were the excellent blackout curtains that blocked out all light, allowing me to get a great night’s sleep. The soundproofing between rooms was also impressive – I barely heard any noise from neighboring guests. Staff The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions."
"While everything was clean and functional, the rooms could benefit from some cosmetic updates – the furnishings and décor show signs of wear. The mini-fridge hummed quite loudly, which was a bit distracting. Complimentary bottled water would also be a nice touch."

"There is not enough space for opened big suitcase, the only place where you can have it open is right by the door, so it’s not always convenient or comfortable. Frequently, when I select 1 large bed it is just 2 connected single beds."
"The hotel is central and in a quiet location. There's a metro station 5 minutes walk away and the line serves the railway station. There are many food shops, bars &.restaurants within 10 minutes walk. It's 1/2 an hour walk to Republic Square along a tree lined road. The staff were helpful. The room had blackout curtains and a great shower."
