"Spacious room with a terrace (with Ararat view), large garden area, indoor swimming pool and sauna/hammam. Very good service, dinner and breakfast were excellent. We had a great time and Nora helped us immediately with oganizing everything we asked for. Stunning views to the gorge from garden. Great place both for an active holidays ( on the way to Kari lake, we did hikes to Aragaz and Amberd fortress) or relaxing."

"This feedback only reflects our experience but should be considered by off-season visitors We stayed late August at my byurakan and were literally alone (2 people) at the hotel, we did not feel in a hotel but in a airbnb (which is definitely not what we paid for and what we were expecting). We just came from a warm Bed and breakfast and felt like we arrived in a ghost hotel. We would have love to be advised that we will be by ourselves rather than asking the owner by phone after we arrived. We also had to ask for WiFi password. The guard from the property was nice but we felt deeply disappointed by the service. We were expecting a warmer welcoming and availability of services etc. The owner should have offered a discount since the service was reduced. The breakfast did not match the price we paid. It was very simple and below Armenian standards."
