Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

Metro and all the Transport are really near and Easy tò take it. we have a 3 month-old baby . our journey finished in the morning but we have the Flight in the evening and Adrienn was kind enough to let us stay in the warmth of the apartment until we left for the airport. "The room was comfortable and Clean. The day we arrived it was hot we used AC. Next day it was raining and super cold like 8 digress so they have Heater working. It was really comfortable. The family Running the Property was so humble and welcoming. It was nice experiencing local culture. The Husband was super helpful. The wife( reception lady) always have smile on her face. We feel like home. And main thing location was really in center of all tourists attention. And breakfast was super good"

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. Huge space for a family and not just for a couple as we were. Shortly, highly recommended!!! Well done guys and may God bless you."

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.
