Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

Lighting in hallways/landing could be better.

"Дуже гарно що була машина для прання. В таку жару декілька разів прали одяг. Балкон в тихий двір те що треба. Вход по коду теж супер що не треба одні ключі ділити на двох. Якщоб ще можна було використовувати підземний паркінг за окрему плату булоб супер. А так невелика квартира зі всім що було треба. Можна ще раз відвідати. Парковка загальна біля дому,"

В останій день відкрили шафу зі стаканами, і були розбиті склянки,а це каже про те що ніхто іх не мив. Або прибиральниця розбила і залишила щоб списати з відпочіваючіх. Золог повернули нічого не списували бо синули фото як знайшли розбиті стакани. Не хватало шампуня та мила. Хитався унітаз.

It was sewage/ mold smell in the room Old furniture/ curtains. Plastic linen. Nobody on site. Only one used toilet paper in the room...Just buy by yourself theese necessary items because the owner is bot ansewer at WhatsApp msgs. Considering the price for ths accommodation , its ok... There was not any sign with the name of the accommodation. Just ask the neighbours if u cant figure it out where it is. Use ONLY "Tatev apartments" when u search on Google Maps the location, not the adress listed in the add.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

The only point to note is that not all the suites in this category have a view over Gyeongbokgung Palace - when we wrote before our trip to double check, we were told that most of those suites are booked by long-term guests, and when we arrived there were indeed no suites with a palace view available. However, our suite had a great city view, including Namsan Tower and a view directly over Jogyesa Temple. We also got to enjoy sunrise every morning from our room, so for a winter stay it was very nice. The hotel also kindly stored a suitcase for us for a few days after we checked out. Great location, highly recommend."

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

"The apartment complex was in a fabulous location and it was nice to have a living area downstairs and a garden area as extra space (though we didn't end up using either much). The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was lovely too - excellent mountain views."

It would have been nice to have a bit more information about how you hire bikes and use the laundry (both had a charge) provided in the folder in the flat, but Edi was very good at replying to our questions.

"This guesthouse is an excellent choice in Antsirabe. The three-bedroom apartment is very spacious, tastefully decorated, and conveniently located within walking distance of the town center. The beds are comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the delicious dinner prepared by the hosts."

"Lovely double aspect room with lots of sunshine coming into the room. Loved the balcony - but could be a problem in the height of the season as it would have been overlooked if the rooms near ours was occupied as their balconies were very close. I would have loved to use the swimming pool if it had been heated, but being that our stay was in March the water was too cold."

The description of the location was a little misleading as one of the pubs mentioned had closed down - some years ago, but the details had not been amended on the website - which did in fact influence our choice in Sandpiper’s favour, and we were disappointed that it wasn’t nearer the supermarket mentioned in the write-up, either. Also, I put my suitcase in the corner of the bedroom flat - and when I moved it, I could see it had picked up a lot of dust, indicating that the corners of the bedroom weren’t very well cleaned!

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."
