Residentsi Carlton Suites külalised saavad nautida läheduses asuvaid Grabeni, Kohlmarkti ja Kärntner Straße ostutänavaid, mis jäävad 400–700 meetri kaugusele. Stephansplatzi metroojaam on vaid 4-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel ning trammiliinid 1 ja 2 on vaid 3-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel.

"Great location, 5 min walk to Christmas markets and main ships. The apartment (were in apt 25) was huge, perfect for my family. Beds were very comfortable. Had a bit of confusion with self check-in as there were 2 emails with different instructions received, but we worked it out in the end, so keep an eye on this. There's a small lift, so no worries there"

"The apartment is vary spacious, warm and cozy, and also very clean. The neighbourhood is filled with small antiques, fashion, and arts-and-craft shops, restaurants and food stores. The host was very kind to provide coffee capsules, tea bags and sugar for our 3-day stay. We recommend the apartment and we will certainly book again."
