See pereettevõttena tegutsev äsja renoveeritud külalistemaja peitub kaunis kohas idüllilises Obertrauni linnas Salzkammerguti piirkonnas, vaid mõne sammu kaugusel maalilise Hallstatti järve kaldast. Majutusasutuses Haus Hepi on diivanitega elutuba, minibaar, tee ja kohvi valmistamise võimalus ning puuküttega pliit. Magamistubade lõunapoolselt rõdult ja terrassilt avanevad panoraamvaated mägedele. Traditsiooniliselt sisustatud tubades on disainitud vannituba. Söögitoast avaneb pilgupüüdja ümbritsevatele mägedele ja metsadele. Haus Hepi loodud Dachsteini koobaste, ajaloolise Hallstatti linna ja Bad Ischli spaalinna naabruses. Krippensteini suusapiirkond on vaid 2 km kaugusel. Dachstein-Westi piirkond koos 140 km pikkuse nõlvadega on vaid 20 minuti kaugusel. Majutusasutuse Haus Hepi juurest algavad mitmed matka- ja jalgrattarajad. Järv on majutusasutusest Haus Hepi 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel ning sobib ideaalselt ujumiseks, kajakiga sõitmiseks, SUP'iks või lihtsalt lõõgastumiseks.
