K+T Boardinghouse rajatud Viini peamise ostutänava Mariahilfer Straße päris lähedal ning pakub avaraid tube, kus on traditsioonilised kõrged laed ja parkettpõrandad. Saadaval on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Majutusasutuse taga on tasuline parkimismaja. Majutusasutuse K+T Boardinghouse elamispinnad on sisustatud lihtsas ja klassikalises stiilis. Schönbrunni loss on 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Neubaugasse metroojaam (liin U3) ja Neubaugasse bussijaam (liin 13A) on vahetus läheduses.

"The apartment is in an excellent location, with great connections (subway, bus just a few meters away, direct link to the main train station). The owner, Tina, is very hospitable; she welcomed us warmly and gave us a whole range of useful recommendations and tips that came in very handy. The apartment is spacious, clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is great as well. We will definitely come back."

"This accommodation is in the City centre: perfect location for visiting the city, with car garage at 200 metres. The room is inside a very nice and elegant building, it's very big, modern, well furnished and well insulated form the external noises. The bathroom is brand new and the shower is very big. Out of the room, in the corridor, there is a little fridge - shared- where you can put your things like water, or yogurt or something small fro breakfast. It's at few metres from a café and the central pedestrian area from which you can visit all the main attractions. The host is friendly and gives you all the support you need. Super recommended!"

"We really liked the location — only a 3-minute drive to the ski lift. Parking was convenient, and the views from the windows were very nice. The apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen-living area with the sofa and TV was especially comfortable, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The bathroom was great, with a good shower and the existing bathtub, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we liked everything. If the existing bathtub were converted into a jacuzzi, it would be an absolutely top-level bonus and would make the stay even more exceptional."
