Pension Kitty paiknev Pörtschachi kesklinnast vaid 8-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kohapeal on suur aed koos lamamistoolidega. Wörthersee järve Edelweissi ujumisala on 350 meetri kaugusel. Valgusküllastel tubadel on privaatne aiavaatega rõdu. Kõikides avalikes kohtades on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Külalised saavad 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Pörtschachi raudteejaamast. Talvel jõuate kergesti Gerlitzeni suusapiirkonda, mis jääb 15-20-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele. Suvel pakutakse järveäärsete linnade ja külade vahel paaditeenust. Kärnteni pealinn Klagenfurt ja kasiinolinn Velden on Pörtschachist vaid 15 km kaugusel. Neisse jõuate 10-minutilise auto- või rongisõiduga.
