Rooms Centre paiknev Tuzla kesklinnas Solni Trgi peaväljaku kõrval. Majutusasutust ümbritseb väike aed, kus on istumapööbel. Peatumiskohtis on konditsioneeriga avarad toad, kus on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Parkida saab aadressi privaatses tasuta parklas. Kõikides tubades on lameekraaniga televiisor, kaabeltelevisioon ja töölaud. Igas toas on vannituba, kus on dušš ja föön. Majutusasutuses Centre Rooms pakutakse hommikubuffeei Rootsi lauas. Hommikusöögisaalis on televiisor ning tee ja kohvi valmistamise võimalus. Hommikusöögisaali saab kasutada päevasel ajal puhketoana. Mitmed söögikohtid on lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Linnapark ja Panonsko järv, kus külalised saavad ujuda, on vaid 200 meetri kaugusel. Läheduses on jalgpalliväljak ja mitu tenniseväljakut. Kohalik bussipeatus on 100 meetri kaugusel ning peamine bussijaam on 1,5 km kaugusel. Tuzla rahvusvaheline lennujaam jääb 16 km kaugusele.

"Perfect and central location, the host/owner is super kind (he even helped us pay the parking for our car). The place is extremely clean, the room confortable and very quiet. "Location in the center of Tuzla, just a few minutes from the sights and restaurants. The appartment was huge, well furnished, clean and well maintained. The staff super friendly and helpful. The inyard parking was full, but the owner paid us parking on the street. Highly recommended."

"We stayed at Pansion Centar in Tuzla for two nights and had an enjoyable experience. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with comfortable central heating. Breakfast was good, and there are plenty of nice restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made our stay truly enjoyable. Our room was cleaned every day, and everything felt well taken care of. We had a great trip and would highly recommend Pansion Centar to anyone visiting Tuzla!"
