"Overall, it was a lovely stay. But on my first day, the hotel was at full occupancy and so it was a bit congested. The breakfast experience was not the best that morning since there was hardly any food. Also, housekeeping couldn't provide us with enough towels. I believe a chain like Radisson needs to be better prepared for full occupancy periods. From the second day, of course, things were better."

I went to meet my fiancé for a surprise birthday party and start for 4 nights. Part from standard requests like shuttle, room service, ironing service etc, I had multiple special requests that they were very kind to arrange for me and delivered perfectly that both me and my fiancé really appreciated. They made the stay and experiences super special and we will treasure those memories for ever."
"Nothing. There was a common problem that arises in showers getting blocked but it was resolved within 6 minutes for notifying the staff and the problem was fixed. A minor inconvenience nothing more."

"I have stayed in this hotel for 6 days in total. Hotel is located in Heart of the Sunamganj town centre and its only been open for 6 months. Nice modern and clean rooms with all wester facilities one would expect to see in Uk 5* hotels. Bed has comfy Mattress and pillows. Air conditioned room, with clean towels and room service provided daily. Exceptional bathroom facility with hot shower. Breakfast was awesome, lovely verity and freshly cooked. Friendly Staff and Reception team were always there to answer any questions and see to our needs. What I also loved about the Hotel is that more or less everyone spoken and understood English. Hotel is bit on the expensive side but it’s worth every penny, + keeps the demography of the customers it attracts to mid to upper class. I would recommend anyone looking to book a hotel in Sunamganj to book Peace Palace Hotel and you will not regret it."
