B&B Öömaja Protea kinnitunud ajaloolises Flandersi väljakute piirkonnas Menini tänaval Ypres Salientis, 5-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel Menini väravast ja 5 km kaugusel mälestusmärgist Museum Memorial Passendale. Majutusasutusel on aed, mida ümbritseb helikindel sein. Kõikides B&B the Protea tubades on lameekraaniga televiisor, satelliittelevisioon, vedrumadratsiga voodid ja privaatne dušiga vannituba. Külalised saavad igal hommikul nautida tasuta kontinentaalset hommikubuffeei. Ypresi kesklinn ja In Flandersi põldude muuseum on majutusasutusest Protea 6 km kaugusel.

"We had a very warm welcome from the hosts Allain and Ann. They were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing! Great location for Leper main town and surrounding area's. Allain gave us good tips, which we very helpful. You would need a car, but I would happily cycle in the warmer months."

"Dichtbij Ieper. Mooie kamer, goed bed (2 diktes van kussens waaruit je kan kiezen). Je komt uit je kamer uit op een mooie tuin. Lekker ontbijt, iedere dag weer iets anders erbij. Fijne en aardige uitbaatster die een schat aan informatie heeft over de omgeving."

"Het ontbijt! Gigantisch veel en erg uitgebreid, super voor mij. Maar ook het bed, ik sliep op een wolkje, zo comfortabel was het bed."

"De verwarming, er waren kleine problemen toen ik er verbleef. Evenwel was het s' morgen wel altijd warm mede dankzij het initiatief van de vriendelijke uitbaatster."

"The room we stayed in was a bit small, but it was perfectly fine for two people. The hotel is very clean overall, including the room itself. The hosts were very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed, as well as to give us great recommendations on what to visit in the beautiful city of Brugges. The breakfast was very well prepared and everything was delicious. The parking is located in a separate building just before the hotel; it is underground and feels very safe. Overall, a very good choice for staying in Bruges."

"Smart, contemporary, very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and respectful. This was a stop over for a long road trip, and it was just off our motorway, but far enough away not to hear the traffic. It was very easy to rejoin our journey afterwards. There is a railway close by, but the only time I heard a train was once I had woken up in the morning, and I only just heard it - it is a very quiet railway. There is a small but sufficient parking area at the rear, which appears very safe. The local heighbourhood appears very good, too, so there are no security concerns. There is a restaurant downstairs, but we didn't eat there, so I can not comment about it. There is a breakfast room on the first floor, but again, we didnt eat there, so can not comment."
