Boardelamu peitub 16. sajandist pärit Arenbergi lossist ja selle suurtest aedadest 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kogu majutusasutuses on WiFi-ühendus. Leuveni kesklinnas on palju toidukohte, kus pakutakse Belgia ja rahvusvahelisi toite. Ümbruskonnaga tutvumiseks on võimalik tasuta jalgrattaid laenutada. Kõikides tubades on kööginurk ning privaatne vannituba, kus on vann ja/või dušš, tualett ja föön. Kohapeal on ka ühine pesupesemisvõimalus. Majutusasutus pakub hooldust ja voodipesu vahetust üks kord nädalas. Pearaudteejaam on 7 minuti kaugusel ning sealt saab 20 minutiga otse Brüsselisse sõita. Leuveni ajalooline keskus, kus asuvad keskturg ja vana väljak koos paljude baaride ja einestamisalaidega, kinnitunud majutusasutusest Boardelamu 2 km kaugusel.

The blinds on the beautiful picture windows did not close. I used a sleeping mask to block out moonlight and sunrise. Also, kitchen utensils were missing - for example there was only one knife for two people."

"Boardhousing Aparthotel is an ideal choice for a longer stay when you need a comfortable home away from home, and it definitely fulfilled that role during my 25-night stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport from early morning to late evening, and it's also just a short walk to the city center. The area is full of charming buildings, making strolling around a pleasure, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I felt completely safe, even when walking around at 10:00 PM. The room was well-equipped, with a washing machine and tumble dryer available in the building for guest use, which was super convenient. There’s also a desk in the room, perfect if you need to work or check emails. And a kitchenette for preparing meals. All in all, it was one of the best stays I’ve ever had."
