Le Petit Maur loodud 200 meetri kaugusel Spa kasiinost ning pakub kahte toiduvalmistamise võimalusega majutusruumi, millest üks rajatud 18. sajandist pärit hoones. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja eraparkla. Majutusruumides on elutuba koos televiisoriga ja einestamisnurk. Lisaks on olemas köök koos kõige vajalikuga ning vannituba, kus on vann või dušš. Külaliste käsutuses on ühine terrass ja väike aed, kus külalised saavad päikeselistel päevadel einestada. Restoranid on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Ümbruskonnaga tutvumiseks võib külastada 400 meetri kaugusel asuvat Thermes de Spad või 3,8 km kaugusel asuvat Royal Golf Club des Fagnesi. Spa-Francorchampsi F1 ringrada on 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.
