"There are so many bad reviews, so I was a little nervous about staying here. But my stay turned out to be quite positive. It’s true that there is no lift and the stairs are not comfortable for carrying luggage, but the receptionist helped me with my bag and was super kind the whole time, always willing to help. The room was generally clean, but the toilet was a little bit clogged with paper, which I cleaned myself. The water in the shower was not very hot, more warm, but that depends on personal preference. Other than this, there were no other issues."

"I understand why there are some negative reviews, but I believe the ratings would improve significantly with just a few small adjustments. The shower is inconvenient, especially for women, the sink is very small, power outlets could be more accessible, the desk would serve its purpose better without the fridge on it, and the bed is rather narrow. Also, for this price it would be nice to consider offering breakfast. These are all details that are not difficult to improve, and the overall guest experience would be much more pleasant."

"The position is the best since it’s near the metro and the city center of Brussels, the staff is really polite and always ready to help; the room has a big TV but we never used it, the bathroom is small but really functional and they always ask if you want them to clean your room, the bed is really comfortable and the room is always warm"
