"We had a lovely stay and thank the staff for making our stay a special one. The standard room and ensuite bathroom were chic, very roomy, and comfortable. The vernicular to the Thermes de Spa was a lovely perk and made our trip to the spa a breeze. The location is excellent and right at the town centre. We would definitely stay here again."

"Staff at reception never said hello when on the phone with guests. Did not acknowledge presence to ask us to wait. Multiple times, they took phone reservation while this should be done by back office, not check-in desk. Also, the parking availability is a little misleading as it is billable (€13 outside and €20 inside) and not free."
