Dawn Park asetseb Sunny Beachi kuurordis, 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel rannast. Kõikidel majutusruumidel on rõdu. Kohapeal on soojendusega basseinibaari ja mullivanniga välisuplusala. Iidne Nessebari linn on 6 km kaugusel. Kõikides kortervõõrastemajai Dawn Park majutusruumides on konditsioneer, LCD-televiisor koos kaabeltelevisiooniga, istumisnurk ning tee ja kohvi valmistamise võimalus. Igas majutusruumis on ka kööginurk koos külmkapi ja mikrolaineahjuga. Peatumiskohti bistroois pakutakse temaatilises õhustikus Vahemere kööki. Korterelamuil Dawn Park on ka tasuta suur välisoojendusega bassein, mullivann, vesimassaaživoodid, lastesoojendusega bassein ja mänguväljak ning ujulaibaar ja mängude tuba. Lisaks on kohapeal tasuta päikesevarjud ja lamamistoolid. Kohapealne laste peoklubi pakub lisatasu eest lastehoiuteenust. Lisatasu eest saab külastada wellness-keskuskeskust, minijalgpalliväljakut ja tenniseväljakut. Külastajad saavad rentida autot, jahti või jalgratast. Soovi korral pakutakse külastajatele edasi-tagasi lennujaamatransporti hotellistruktuuri ja Burgasi lennujaama vahel, mis jääb 32 km kaugusele. Turismiinfo teenused on saadaval vastuvõtus.

"We have loved everything about the hotel so much that we have extended our stay for another day, we are still at the hotel. The staff has always been helpful and cheerful. The room we are staying in has everything you can look for in an apart hotel. It is a 10 minute walk to the main attraction. It is usually calm and quiet around the facilities. The pool, the sunshades, and the deckchairs are more than enough. I am sure we will have another visit to the place next year or so"

"Fantastic stay we had. Clean, spacious, with everything you need at hand, included, room. Quiet area! Clean, big pools. Two bathrooms in the room. Balcony with view at the pool. Barbecue area. Kids inside playground with supervised asistent (7 leva/hour/child) Great restaurant with delicious food. Close to aminities and to the beach (10 minutes walk away) Friendly staff!! Street parking. We’ll definitely come again!"
"The sofa-bed in the living room should be a better one. We had one with metal frame and it caused us painful back pain, because it was folding at the middle, during sleeping. Everything else was fantastic!"
"Its a really nice hotel, The staff are helpful. The pool is fantastic honestly! Spacious rooms and very big balcony. Its mostly families there with there kids but there are no noise or disturbances."
"Even though it says they have street parking, whenever we wanted to park they would say, no not here, they will fine you, but in the end they helped us out. Rooms are a bit old but they are good. We asked them to do the laundry, which we paid for but we felt like the clothes did not get clean at all."

"We had the nicest stay here. Everything was amazing, pools were great, everything was spotless, there’s a restaurant on site so you don’t need to leave all day! We will definitely be back. It’s about a 10min walk to the sunny beach strip which is great as you’re far enough away not to hear the noise but close to everything. Supermarkets and pharmacies outside the door"
