Peatumiskoht Arpezos positsioneeritud Kărdzhali kesklinnas. Kohapeal on fuajeebaar, konverentsisaal, suveaiaga bistroo ning erinevad Bulgaaria, Türgi ja Euroopa road. Lisaks on võõrastemajais suur saal "Arpezos", jõusaal Pulse, ööklubi ja baar-õhtusöök. Rikkalik Hommikusööki serveeritakse igal hommikul. Külaliste käsutuses on ka terrassiga söögikoht ja grillbaar. Saadaval on tasuta WiFi-ühendus, tasuta seif ja Bulgaaria ajalehed. Kohapeal on kunstipood ning kauplused, kus müüakse suveniire, alkohoolseid jooke ja tubakat. Arpezos asetseb 15 meetri kaugusel avalikust hooajalisest välitiikist ja tenniseväljakutest. Külalised saavad külastada iidset Thracia pühamu Perperikon, mis jääb 15 km ja John Preteche kirikut, mis jääb 5 km kaugusele. Pealegi on võimalik külastada Kardzhali veehoidlat koos ujuvate kulinaarne universumidega, Emona merelaeva ja Kivimunasid. Elamuis Arpezos on oma laadimisjaam elektriautodele, mille võimsus on 22 kW.

"From what was the communist hotel to now, a stunning renovation, in every sense. From the the moment you go to reception.... You just know this is somewhere special, and the hotel didn't disappoint, the room was immaculate throughout, a very nice comfy bed, I slept like a log :-). The buffet breakfast (included) was also superb, something for everyone and every taste, delicious. I would definitely stay again. Thank you! 🙏"

"There is a club on the ground floor. If your your faces it you will hear the base. I recommend asking for a room on a higher floor or facing another direction. Besides that, the hotel is very good for the price."
