Guests are required to show a photo ID and valid credit card upon check-in. All bookings over 7+ nights will become nonrefundable and charged in full at the time of booking. Reservations with 8 or more people will be flagged as a group booking and different policies will apply. Guests must contact the property before/after booking. We do not allow credit card authorizations which allow another person (not present) to pay for the reservation. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian present. Failure to arrive on the day of check in, will result in the booking being cancelled as a no show with cancellation fees applying.

"The staff were so friendly and helpful from tips on walks to helping me break my lock off my locker when I lost my key. Was in the heart of downtown, easy walk from trail and fairmont. Small but well equipped kitchen, great shower in my dorm."

"I stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed Banff a lot with their recommendations. This is the best hostel for commuting to many locations, and it has a bus stop a few minutes away, right outside the hostel. I met many solo travelers, interacted with them, and traveled together. Overall, it gave me positive vibes."
