"Great location, easy going reservation but professional."

Personally, I didn’t find the beds very comfortable but otherwise everything was good!

"This was exactly what I wanted - remote enough to be away from the crowds, yet connected enough to allow me to move freely around the RhB. The apartment was spacious, clean, perfect temp, with access easy and simple."

The town bell ringing out the time every hour between 10pm and 6am seemed a little pointless - was initially disruptive but I was used to it after a day or 2.

"Warm and comfortable, with a fabulous view of the Matterhorn and sunny balcony. A bath and lots of hot water. Neatly operated foldaway beds. A lovely little kitchen, well stocked with equipment and all the basics."

There was no contact with the staff, theu do not pick up the phone, neither answer the messages. The temperature in the apartament is extremely high, it was all the time 27 degrees, you can not change it so you have to sleep with opened window when outside is minus 10... The apartment is tiny, but it is generally nice. I would rate it higher if the staff was responsive.
