"The pool and the view are amazing. The huts/rooms are very cosy, clean and comfy. The staff were also very helpful."

Breakfast was very poor - hardly any options. Electricity in the room kept cutting out. We were told it was a power cut, but it wasn’t. You will definitely need a bike to get into the center, otherwise it is a 30 minute walk.

Provided excellent suggestions on activities in Luang Prabang.The variations on a Lao breakfast each morning , plus the traditional Laotian meals (small fee) served about every 3 nights were amazing. About a 5 minute walk to UXO museum and 15 minutes to the river. Excellent aircon in the rooms."

"Property location and staff were absolutely amazing could not fault anything. Lady on reception moved my room for me which she did not have to do. I hindsight this was my fault completely and I wish to apologise for my misunderstanding. Breakfast which was included was excellent too. Thank you to the gracious staff."

"The location is just magical at the lakeside just as the pictures show. Dene is mastering being a host. Nothing is to much always willing to help and arrange things. As an Australian in laos he learned to understand the country and gained a lot of knowledge which he is really willing to share. Due to illness we had to stay an extra night, which was no problem at all, food and medicine was arranged by him. If you're looking for a lazy first stop or a relaxing last stop in Laos, this is the place to be."

Water refill was always boiling hot (though there is a communal fridge) and they’d close the refill machine away after about 9/10pm, not ideal if you need water in the night so make sure you have extra. Rooms weren’t turned over so bins got very full etc
