"The property is new and very cute. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazingly well. The staff is super helpful and there is private parking available (ask for it in advance!)."
The bed was not the most comfortable (it was not bad though)

"The accommodation is nice, the location is fantastic. Ocean Beach (which is amazing) is 5 min walk, a huge 24/7 supermarket is literally across the street, great cafes and restaurants around, many buses stops to Old Town (around 30 min), Condado promenade with even more restaurants and shops nearby."
WiFi can falter from time to time. I missed a table in the room for work and even for (small) eating.

"The location was great and the space was clean and comfortable. It was very secure and was nice to have parking available."
The amenities was not as expected. We had a family of five and only had one small shampoo to share. Only one person could shower at a time because of this. Also, there were four very small soaps the size of silver dollars. Again, for a family of five, this was not sufficient to shower and wash hands. The soaps were smaller than most hotel chains.
