"Amazing property for a long stay. Very clean place with all amenities you need (pool, table tennis, BBQ, stove etc). Once you go to the terrace you won’t like spending time inside the house. Outside terrace has amazing sea view and beautiful plants around the property. To the sea it’s 3-4 minutes walk. For bigger groceries you need to go to the city (by car less than 10 minutes) or you can take a lovely walk. I think it’s one of the most beautiful Cyprus location, as well not very crowded so for calm stay it’s a huge advantage. Last but not least, I really loved the cat that was befriending with us! Please feed him if you decide to stay in Amalia Villa 🙏🏻"

"If you leave open food in the kitchen you can expect ants, so that should be taken care of. If you keep everything very clean they won’t be coming."

"Incredible location, with beautiful vista. Fantastic size. Pool is clean and the perfect size. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, including 2 baths and then an additional toilet. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, as is the whole house."

"The view from the veranda was magnificent. The short walk to the beach was a major plus for us, the sea breeze by the sea shore was needed. We were grateful to be able to hire sunbeds by the beach. Easy walk to good food restaurants. We were grateful for a late checkout."

"The negatives on other reviews are the same for ourselves. Although unlike some we found that the kitchen equipment met all our needs, maybe it’s been replenished with extra pots and pans? We didn’t eat in any evenings, but did prepare cooked breakfasts and lunches. We choose to sleep in a twin room rather than use the small double bed. The shower fitting was stiff and therefore hard to switch to top shower. Bottled water on arrival would have been appreciated. Non of this however would stop us booking again, we had a lovely stay in a lovely villa."

"Lovely spacious villa, perfect location, in a quiet cul de sac off the main road coming into Latchi. Lovely elevated position with great views. Good size pool. Very comfortable. Excellent wifi. Aircon in all bedrooms and living room, very good. Kitchen well equipped. Received an excellent welcome pack. We like our table tennis and one of the reasons for booking the villa. It was in a dilapidated unusable state as mentioned on a recent comment. We asked Maria if this could be replaced. The next morning her husband came with a brand new table! Maria was lovely to deal with, responsive, friendly polite and helpful. The marina is a lovely 20minutes walk away along the seafront promenade. For dining out, the harbourside is great, but also visit the historic square in Polis too. Like a previous comment we didn’t have a bad meal. All provided good well cooked tasty food with good size portions. No.9 Lounge in Latchi harbour and Finikas restaurant in Polis square stand out above the rest."

"Some minor niggles as previously commented. Master bed a little too small by modern standards. King size is the norm most expect these days. We broke a glass but had to use kitchen paper towels as there was no dust pan and brush, which would also be useful if guests wished to sweep up spills and keep the floors clean."
