"The apartment with the layout, the terrace is fantastic, perfect location for people who want to be close to the beach, the best and most beautiful beach are located not far away, the city center is 2 km from the apartment, but the buses work perfectly with low prices. The apartment is equipped with all the details needed for a stay, you feel at home. all praise for the hosts and our Costas 😉."

"Well-appointed apartment. There is everything what is necessary during holidays for families also. Comfortable beds. Beach only 5 minutes walking Shops and bus stations are only 5 minutes walking. The owner is very communicative and kind. He waited for us with cold water and welcome snacks. Highly recommended for group of friends and families."

"Tágas lakás hatalmas terasszal, minden van benne ami kell. Egy kis ajándékkal vártak az asztalon. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Nissi Beach egy rövid séta távolságra van, 400/500 méter. Éttermek és szupermarket szintén közel. Ár/érték arányban szerintem remek hely, remek helyen."

"We stayed in a fairly large house that was perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s located close to the sea (not right by the beach, but still very near), and there’s also a bus stop within walking distance, which made getting around really easy. The house has a great pool, clean and well-maintained, and every room is equipped with air conditioning — a big plus during hot days. Even when the sun was strong, it was easy to find a shady spot outside thanks to the large umbrella and well-placed seating areas. There’s also a lovely dining space where we enjoyed our meals in the evening. Overall, it’s a comfortable place with everything you need — quiet, well-equipped, and ideal for both relaxing and exploring the area. Thank you Stelios and Marianna for hospitality. You are a wonderful host."

Villa was spacious and located in very quiet area but really close to beach, restaurants and bus stop. Place was very clean and spotless. Irini was really friendly and hospitable, she told much information about Pernera area for us. There was also air heat pumps in every room, but we didn't need them during our stay. They are definitely necessary in the hotter season."
