"Bedrooms were amazing with a loft additions. The communal area was open armored so beautiful views of the gardens, even in the rain with games and books and access to the kitchen to make a hot drink. The owner is Ecuadorian and speaks excellent German and English, his wife is American and speaks excellent Spanish."
"The signs weren’t super clear when we arrived in the dark. There was a huge gate that we needed to pull across to park in the parking area and walk up to the main house. This wasn’t a problem and adds some great security but initially there was some confusion of where we needed to go. Some signs would have helped."

"Loved this quiet, charming place tucked in a blooming garden, hidden away in a peaceful corner of Tena. A perfect contrast to the noisy, busy center. "We loved our time at this hostel, the hostst are very helpfull and kind. Our private lodge was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The big highlight: their strong focus on sustainability. The place is largely self-sufficient and run with real care for the environment. Bonus: they have two super friendly dogs that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!"

"Very peaceful Place. Tony and the whole team are there to make the stay a super special experience with a ton of knowledge about ecuador to share, fun activities and great hospitality. We did a rafting tour and went for a hike in the jungle and had the best time. we planned to stay one night and ended up staying three nights."

"Excelente el tamaño de la habitación incluyendo su cama con sus múltiples capas de colchas para arroparse. Tenia un parador pequeño para colocar los objetos y mochilas. El baño contaba con agua caliente al girar la perilla derecha con la izquierda al ser el de frío regulaba que tan caliente uno deseaba. Excelente servicio a la habitación, incluso proveen con más rollo de papel higiénico en caso de requerir. El hotel y sus lugares aledaños son muy tranquilos y seguros. Igual uno debe ser precavido para evitar cualquier situación. La dueña del hotel responde casi inmediatamente si se presenta una novedad."
