"We truly appreciated the staff, their behavior was warm, punctual, and filled with a subtle, witty sense of humor that made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was wholesome and satisfying, and the overall ambiance offered a rare sense of serenity. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property. I especially loved the pool, the relaxing poolside lunches, and the delightful dinner and breakfast experiences. The terrace added a special charm, providing a perfect spot to unwind. Last but not least, the staff’s dry humor was a memorable highlight. Given the opportunity, I would gladly return to Egypt and spend a few more days at the Nile Compound again."

With swimming pool and breakfast. Fauna and flora in the garden and river. Close to Valley of the kings etc... Felouca and balloon or guided trips... all possible. "Amir Palace Hotel is located in a working-class neighborhood near the station. I’m the side streets there are all kind of small shops and market stalls. The staff of the hotel do not speak English very well, but they are friendly and helpful. They arranged for me to travel to Abydos by taxi and with a translator to visit the famous Temple of king Seti I and the 5,000 year old enclosure of king Khasekhemwy."
