Azzeman Hotel loodud Püha Kolmainsuse katedraalist 15 minuti ja Medhane Alemi katedraalist 12 minuti kaugusel. Majutusis on baar, ärikeskus, lõõgastusala, aurusaun ja ühine puhkeruum. Kõikides tubades on konditsioneer, istumis- ja einestamisnurk ning triikimisvõimalus. Tubades on ka kirjutuslaud, riidekapp, lameekraaniga televiisor, külmkapp ja minibaar. Mõnel toal on rõdu. Kõikides tubades on privaatne vannituba, kus on dušš ja tasuta tualetitarbed. Külalised saavad nautida iga päev kontinentaalne hommikusööki Rootsi lauas. Kohapeal asuv kohvik on avatud kõigile külalistele. Ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtust saab abi ja nõu. Majutusasutuses pakutakse ka concierge-teenuseid. Lähim lennujaam on Addis Abeba lennujaam, mis positsioneeritud aadressist Azzeman 10 minuti kaugusel. Majutusasutus pakub lennujaamatransporti.

"My stay at the Azzeman hotel was fantastic! The location was excellent and in a safe area. The staff was super friendly and well-mannered, offering great service. They also communicated well in different languages. Additionally, they were accommodating with early check-in. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay!"
