Saunaga Lomatärppi positsioneeritud Utsjoel. Kohapeal on ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt ja välikamin. Mägimajakeses on ka tasuta WiFi-ühendus, tasuta eraparkla ja vahendid erivajadustega külalistele. Igas majutusruumis on lameekraaniga televiisor, einestamisnurk, köök koos kõige vajalikuga ning privaatne vannituba, kus on dušikabiin ja föön. Majutusruumidel on mäevaatega terrass. Lisaks Sellele on olemas praeahi, mikrolaineahi, röster, kohvimasin ja veekeetja. Kõikides mägimajakese hoonekompleksis on voodipesu ja rätikud. Kohapeal on peresõbralik hommikusöögisaal, kus pakutakse õhtusööki ja valikut taimetoite. Lastega külalistele on mägimajakeses väljas mänguseadmed. Läheduses saab suusatada ja matkata. Kohapeal on ka erarand ja suuskade hoiuruum.

"When we were staying, the reception was weak due to the weather and some issues. Not that you are to have full internet access as you would prefer enjoy the beautiful nature of lapland. But we needed to check a few things for work. However the host was responsive and helpful. The sauna facility didnt really work as it was meant to be."
"The owners attitude was outstanding. So kind, helpful and fast responsive. Been there while the sky was clear and saw some mindblowing auroras, felt the real winter frost with constant -33°C and enjoyed the cabins warm coziness, and sauna too of course :). Our car also felt the frost and car's battery decided it's too cold to crank the engine (must remember to idle and warm the car couple times a day), so we had to call the owners, and Juho kindly helped us asap, and a lot, so we could continue our journey in time and no further plans had to be cancelled. Thank's again!!"

"Location is very beautiful, they have their own little beech. It is quiet, and peaceful, next to hiking trails. Their is enough space for all guests to find their own place and privacy. They have nice sauna. Stuff was very friendly. It is possible to have a dinner, made by the owner. It was tasty, made from local product. The place is worth of staying at least couple of days."
