"I have stayed here a couple of times before. It's very clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of town and 2 minutes from the nearest grocery. There's a bakery just downstairs."

"Had a wonderful stay. The pool is great, also with the partly covered area, which warm the water, but also provides some much needed shade in summer. The privacy is optimal. Great house with everything you need, although we spent most of our time outside. The kids loved Rosco (the dog) who paid the occasional visit. The plancha and outdoor kitchen was fantastic in summer. The airconditioning kept the house cool during the warm nights. Pool has diffident depths so nice area to play for the kids (4-7) to a deeper end."

Slight problem getting the key, but quickly and easily resolved by the owner who was very friendly and easy to contact and made sure we were ok. Good location to visit the centre of Niort"
