"Croissants to the door each morning were a nice surprise! Location was great with just a 15 minute walk into the old town. Everything seemed pretty clean, was nice to come back to the room made up each day. Staff were nice and accommodating to help take large bags up the stairs"

"Extremely noisy from the surrounding rooms, heard literally every single word being spoken from next door, loud bangs in the middle of the night and trucks being unloaded/loaded at 3am outside the window. Aircon in the room would work on and off, wasn’t too hot considering the weather is still cool but would have been in summer. Nothing else."

"The room had everything you needed to make a coffee in the morning and croissants were delivered. Bed was comfy nice en-suite. Near to the sea front excellent location for getting around Nice."

"Very nice, clean, and cozy place. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed. Clean bathroom and bed sheets. Regular room cleaning service. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us a detailed introduction along with helpful tips. Every morning, a freshly baked croissant was waiting at our door - a much-appreciated touch. The apartment’s location is excellent. Approx. 2 mins from the Promenade and about a 10-15min walk to both the city center and Nice-Ville train station, making it perfectly convenient to explore everything on foot."

"We don't believe the air-conditioning was working and it was a little warm for us during the night. We set the temperature at 17 degrees and it never cooled below 20/21 at night."

"Excellent location, just behind the Negresco hotel and close to the Promenade des Anglais. Lovely district with lots of supermarkets, teashops, cafés nearby. The apartment was well furnished - comfortable bed, large tv, kitchenware etc. Very little noise from the street.Friendly staff and you can leave bags at the Aroma hotel (roubd the corner) before and after check in. They deliver croissants to the room every morning which is a very nice touch. Very good value for money."

"No lift up to the apartment, so be warned if you have mobility issues going up stairs or heavy bags - it's just one floor, but could be problematic for some."
