"The breakfast was brilliant a great selection in a lovely setting. The room was gorgeous with some lovely touches, everything you might need and the bed was extremely comfortable. The owners are absolutely brilliant, kind, courteous and friendly. The view from our window was delightful, straight out to the river. And because of its location it was quiet and no traffic noises. Perfect for a peaceful nights sleep."

It was clean, very close to bus station and at the same time just few steps from the iconic Annecy spot at the canal. There were multiple shops around. Very close to the lake as well. "Very cool little duplex properly with upstairs bedroom. Comfy clean and modern. Heating was fine, I noted one reviewer recently stated it didn't work. It's electric so this was likely user error over the fault of the property. We had no issues abd it was a comfy overnight stay on our trip up from Paris and a good location to explore some of the First World War sites from."
"It is at an amazing location and they provide very very good food. We approached the house on foot from the bottom of Pont-en-Royans and next day we did a long circular hike through Pas de Ranc and Charmeil. Both were spectacular."
