Cap Océan positsioneeritud Seignosse'i ujumisrandadest vaid 400 meetri kaugusel. Majutusasutus paikneb 3 hektari suuruses pargis. Kohapeal on välitiik, laste mänguväljak ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus avalikes kohtades. Valgusküllastest ja õhurikastest tubadest avaneb perspektiiv pargile. Tubadest pääseb terrassile. Kõikides tubades on privaatne dušikabiiniga vannituba, külmkapp ja riidekapp. Majutusasutuses on ka toiduvalmistamise võimalusega haagissuvilad, millel on puidust terrass. Juulis ja augustis pakutakse Cap Océanis iga päev hommikusöögi paketti Rootsi lauas. Kohapealses toidukohtis pakutakse kohalikke toite, mida saab soojema ilmaga nautida terrassil. Saadaval on ka Rootsi laua ja kaasavõetavad toidud. Biarritzist vaid 36 km kaugusel asuval majutusasutusel on tasuta avalik parkla. Marini järv ja Seignosse golfiväljak on mõlemad 400 meetri ja 2 km kaugusel.

"There was very little that we didn't like. Mostly small things that would have been useful, such as sponge, abrasive pad, washing up liquid, and tea towel, for washing and drying small things, to avoid use of dish washer all the time, (as there were only two of us)."

"Our stay at Cap ocean was an amazing coastal getaway, close to the beach and our cabin was clean and spacious. The beautiful lady at reception went above and beyond to help us and we were so grateful! She spoke amazing English, helped us find bikes to rent at a great rate and helped us get transport back into the main centre when we were stuck! Can’t recommend this place enough."
