"Very friendly neighbourhood and a sociable place. I didn't realise it was located above a bar. So it is noisy and if you need a good rest then I wouldn't recommend the place. However, if you are looking to socialise with the local people and feel a community vibe and mingle with nice, friendly and down to earth people. Then I most definitely recommend this place. It is a 6 minute walk to bus number 6, which costs 1 euro and takes you straight to the airport, in 15 minutes. There are lots of cheap restaurants and socialising places, along with convenient stores. It has everything actually:-) x"
"The toilet makes too much noise, as if you are using an airport toilet. Furthermore, the walls are a bit too thin, so you can hear people speaking. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. If something wasn't working, the landlord fixed it straightaway x positive vibes x"

"This is our second stay in Marc and Sylvie’s comfortable gite. It has a lovely outside area, a great view of Curemonte’s chateaux, and a serene, tranquil rural feel. The hosts supplied basics such as coffee, tea, spices and a lovely gift of local walnut biscuits and fresh flowers. They don’t speak much English but were very patient with our Australian attempts at French. They are lovely people. The gite is extremely comfortable, having both heating and cooling installed. There are double glazed windows, too. There are three rooms plus an entrance, more than enough space for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, good selection of cookware and coffee machines, etc. Hot water is excellent. This is not a new home, but that doesn’t matter. It’s just a comfortable , roomy gite to spend a week, or more. Thank you for your hospitality, Marc and Sylvie! Hope to meet again."
