The daily breakfast was superb and Fred’s courteous, kind and professional manor was second to none. The location is great for a quiet time from the hustling and bustling of the town, while only a stones throw away from some lovely cafes, eateries and convenience stores as well."

"Its abit of a one-off find in the upper ardeche region,away from the tourists and crowds of the south. Amongst the winding mountain roads,if you like peace,tranquillity, and nature, then this is the place for you. Amazing host and amazing setting. Will be sad to have left this place. But looking forward to returning again in the future."

We visited Luna Parc, the beach, Royan Market, Le Palmyre Zoo, and La Citadelle on Ile de Oleron. We had a great time everywhere, and the value for money was exceptional with not a single parking charge at any of these attractions. France is a beautiful, clean country, and we can't wait to go back."
