"Good location, on site parking (bit tight for a large car) Quiet, good size bedroom and shower room."
"Rather sparse breakfast, no second drinks offered, just toast, cake and yogurt ( only three pots for five people.) The picture shown is NOT the building the chambre d’hote is in, rather misleading."
"The location is perfect if you are travelling by train, as you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The host prepared for us a self baked bread and self made yogurt for breakfast. She was very flexible and arranged for an early check in as well as let us leave the bags at her property in the morning, so that we could have a walk in town before we took our train. We travelled with two children and got the whole attic to ouselves, with our own bathroom, which gave us a lot of privacy. The area was very calm and quiet and we enjoyed the personal touch which this location offered."
"(not related to the location, but good to know). The train station is a bit confusing with different levels and exits. You need to follow the signs to the South Exit or South Carpark on the 1st floor to get to the right side of the railtrack to reach the location."

"We had a huge bedroom in the attic with excellent facilities. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast contained home made bread, yogurts and jam and was enough to set us up for the morning. It was very well situated for Rennes and was just a few minutes walk to the Metro. The host was charming and very helpful. We had a private parking space in front of the house which was really useful as we just left the car there for the duration of our stay."

"L'hébergement est situé du bon côté de Rennes, a proximité du centre ville sans en avoir les inconvénients. Très calme. Le parking est un plus. L'hôtesse est accueillante et discrète et propose des produits maison pour le petit-déjeuner qui est copieux. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable et la salle de bain est bien aménagée."
