Cocoon'House paikneb Gruissanis ning pakub konditsioneeriga majutust koos privaatse basseiniga. Selles rannaäärses majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud majutusasutus jääb Grazelist 600 meetri kaugusele. "Sehr gut ausgestattet, (Grill, Waschmaschine, WLAN, TV, Klimaanlage), gute Lage (Radweg hinter dem Haus, Supermärkte), modern und ansprechend. Super nette und hilfreiche Concierge, sie hat bei Problemen (wir hatten bei der Einführung zum Induktionsherd wohl nicht richtig aufgepasst) sofort reagiert und war zur Stelle. Klein aber fein."
"Es gibt oben, wo das Bett steht, platzbedingt (Dachschräge) nur ein kleines Regal und keine Schränke. Vor dem Bett ist aber viel Platz, wir haben denn Koffer geöffnet dort hingelegt, das hat gut geklappt. Die Treppe ist steil, man muss vorsichtig sein."
