Cosy Ocre positsioneeritud Arles'i kesklinnas, lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel Arles'i amfiteatrist. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus, konditsioneer ning majapidamistarbed, nagu külmkapp ja kohvimasin. Apartemendis on ka rätikud ja voodipesu. Majutusasutusel on väljas asuv einestamisnurk. Avignoni pearaudteejaam on 39 km ja Papali palee 40 km kaugusel. Nimes-Ales-Camargue-Cevennes'i lennujaam jääb 24 km kaugusele.

Il est idéalement situé à deux pas du Rhône et il était conforme à l’annonce, cosy et parfait pour moi qui voyageait seule. + des propriétaires réactifs. "Clean and efficient little study with beautiful views just a 20 min walk from centre of town! a very good home base for some daily activities/ traveler resets/ recharges before your next destination! The kitchen is really decent for the space and plenty of pots/ pans/ bowls/ cups/ cutlery etc! Bathroom is well set up and there are extra blankets if needed (the heating it really good in the studio, went in December and barely needed it!)"
