"The key box situation was annoying. We were lucky to get early access and because the front door was a coded entrance we could get into the apartment building, but the key box in which the apartment keys are stored is time sensitive so we couldn't get the keys out of the security box because it was before the official check-in time. We had to walk back to the management office to get a one-time code to get the keys out. Then for some reason when it came to checking out the original code didn't work, nor did the one-time code, so we had to leave the apartment unlocked and the keys on the kitchen table."

L’emplacement est parfait : à deux pas des sentiers de randonnée et du centre de Morzine, tout en profitant d’un cadre paisible avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes verdoyantes. Le chalet est spacieux, très confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de charme. Tout est parfaitement équipé, ce qui rend le séjour simple et agréable. Après nos journées de balades, nous avons adoré nous détendre au sauna et le jacuzzi. Les hôtes sont adorables, disponibles et très attentifs. Nous recommandons vivement ce chalet pour des vacances d’été à la montagne et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! »"

"Outdoors space is huge, with toys and games to keep the kids (and adults) occupied. Peaceful and tranquil for recharging. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchen roll, cling film and foil, along with some oil and condiments. Plenty of laundry liquid and dishwasher tablets too. The pool was refreshing, added bonus of pool towels included in the price. Geo the cat visited regularly, I think he knew my 2 were missing the cats at home. Owners were non intrusive, but helped with a car issue and any other queries when requested. Thank Heather and Garry."
"As soon as we arrived we felt very welcomed by our hosts Ania and Jorje, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The estate is beautiful and well kept, the cottage was well equipped and we appreciated the thoughtful details provided like spices in the kitchen, two bottles of (excellent) wine in the fridge, charcoal for the barbecue and detergent for the washing machine. We loved the pool and the sunbeds and the kids loved the pool floats and toys supplied. Our hosts also gave us good advice on things to see and to do in the area, easily accessible by car. Everything was perfect and if we ever visit the Hérault department again we will most certainly come back to Domaine Saint Ferreol!"
