"The hotel is very comfortable, and the host is quite kind and accommodating. He doesn’t speak much English, but we were able to make ourselves understood. It is located in a small village in the mountains and the roads to get there can be a little nerve wracking. We were allowed access to the whole lower part of the building which included the kitchen. There is a small private courtyard where we enjoyed some wine and cheese we had purchased earlier. Our host was not home at the time of our arrival, so we had to text him. We were instructed to go to a neighbor’s double grey gate. We went to the wrong gate and they sent us to his sister’s B &B with a different grey gate. She let us into the Gite and our host joined us soon after. Breakfast was included."

"It’s a beautiful house, with a lot of charm. There is a little village nearby with a boulangerie and a supermarket walking distance. We went to Disneyland and that was just a 20 min drive from the property. The host was also very friendly and we could reach out at any point for questions."

"absolutely fell in love with this home and with Paris. As a first-time traveler to the city, I had no idea where to stay, but the location turned out to be spectacular. I was able to walk everywhere, from shopping to so many of the major sights like the Louvre and Galeries Lafayette. I’ve never stayed in a setup like this before (I usually book hotels) but after reading the great reviews I decided to give it a try. In reality, it exceeded my expectations by far. Alexi was such a pleasure warm, kind, and thoughtful. The breakfasts were honestly a highlight for me: homemade jam and the most delicious pastries that made each morning feel really special. I would highly, highly recommend staying here and I cannot wait to come back."
