"There wasn't anything to criticise really. We were only there for one night. There are some building works going on adjacent to the hotel (as part of the hotel) but that didn't disturb us at all and in fact, the builders were very friendly!"

"We arrived by car and found this to be a very cosy hotel with a lovely French vibe. I don’t really understand why some people commented that breakfast wasn’t great — for us it was a wonderful, rich breakfast in the best French tradition (just make sure you don’t arrive at the very end, otherwise there’s not much left). The staff were very polite — we checked in after 11 PM and they were very helpful with that. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a pleasant, unobtrusive interior."

"The only downsides: in our room the water in the shower didn’t drain very well, and the bathroom door was extremely squeaky."
