They upgraded me to the nicer room for the first night, so I decided to stay 1 more night in booking directly with them in hopes that they would give me the same price as the first night or the better price than Booking.com because they paid commission. But no chance to make them change, I paid the same price as on Booking.com. I am from hospitality direction, I can understand how important to get the loyal customer. It is not about money but about the principle and commercial aspect. I was a little bit disappointed. Overall I love this hotel."

"This is a very good hotel. All rooms in Paris are small unless you pay a small fortune, and yes the room was small but very comfortable and kitted out in a ln upmarket way. Everything worked - no niggles. The staff were v friendly and helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent with good fresh ingredients- the fruit juices not concentrate. Put it this way - when you’re trying to figure out what an unknown hotel is like from photos and guest’s reviews, in this price bracket, you can depend on the Hilton Brand that you will not be disappointed. It’s in a v good location, (Gare St. Lazare) from CDG you just get the RER B and change to the RER E at Gare du Nord (Reverse on way back) and you have access to the Metro (and a Taxi rank) on your doorstep. If you are feeling energetic as we were then most of the major sights are a 30-40 minute walk."

"We booked for two days but because my wife was unwell for a couple of days we booked an extra two days. The hotel staff were very kind helping me to cope with my wife and prepared food we could eat in our room. When we were well enough to use the dining room we discovered that the standard of cuisine was exceptional. Even the quality of the breakfasts were probably the best we have enjoyed in France. The standards of this hotel are exceptional, particularly insofar as food is concerned, and attention to detail is quite remarkable. We cannot wait to return."
