Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus KiWi loodud Canet-en-Roussillonis Roussilloni, Central Beachi ja Jetee piirnev. Apartemendis on tasuta eraparkla, ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud majutusasutus kinnitunud 15 km kaugusel Stade Gilbert Brutus'st. Terrassi ja linnavaatega apartemendis on 2 magamistuba, elutuba, lameekraaniga televiisor, köök koos nõudepesumasina, praeahju ja kõige muu vajalikuga ning 1 dušiga vannituba. Külalised saavad nautida väliterrassil ümbritsevat õhkkonda. Apartemendis on voodipesu, rätikud ja pesupesemisteenus. Collioure'i kuninglik loss on apartemendist 25 km kaugusel. Lähim lennujaam on Perpignan - Rivesaltes'i lennujaam, mis jääb majutusasutusest KiWi 23 km kaugusele.

"Logement très propre et bien équipé. Très proche de la mer et très pratique pour des vacances en famille. La propriétaire est particulièrement gentille : nous avons fait une demande et elle est venue tout de suite pour la régler. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous aimerions revenir !"

"Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit grundsätzlich guter Ausstattung."

"Man hat leider den Eindruck (Bezugnehmend auf die schriftliche Kommunikation) dass die Gastgeber nicht gerne Gäste haben… Mehrfach wurden wir „ermahnt“ das Appartement gesäubert zu hinterlassen und den Müll zu entsorgen. Es wurden eine, bereits angefangene, Rolle Toilettenpapier, ein Spülmaschinentab und eine Mülltüte zur Verfügung gestellt. In Anbetracht dessen, dass bis zu 8 Personen dort nächtigen können, ein sehr restriktives Resourcenmanagement… Vielleicht in Zukunft auf den Gesamtpreis lieber 5€ draufschlagen und eine zweite Rolle Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung stellen…"

"The house is beautiful, spacious, has wonderful amenities, and an excellent location. It's obvious that a lot of thought and time has been devoted to designing and equipping the house so that it has everything you could want, and more, for a family vacation. We came as a family of eight and everyone was thrilled. It would be very easy to not leave the property at all, which would be a mistake as it's in an excellent location with easy access (under 1 hour driving) to many different beautiful places like Aix, Arles, and Avignon - Les Baux is a five minute drive, St. Remy under twenty. Maussane itself is very pleasant, has nice restaurants, and the centre is only a 4-5 minute walk, if that."
