"The place was fantastic! Plenty of space for 8 people! The property has been recently renovated and had everything you needed! 2 working fireplaces as well as central heating. Great garage downstairs to fit 2 cars comfortably (useful in the snow). You do need snow chains if snow is forecast though! Situated in a lovely village with many walks, a small shop, bakery, butchers, and bar. Owners were available for any questions. We even used the BBQ on Boxing Day!"

"L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureuse. Ils nous ont fait faire le tour de la maison, tout expliqué... c'était parfait. La maison est grande (les chambres sont sur 2 étages), il un a une pièce "petit déjeuner", un salon, une grande cuisine et une immense salle de vie. On était 9 adultes et on ne s'est pas marché dessus. La décoration est faite avec goût. Maryam a eu aussi la délicatesse de laisser un peu de tout pour dépanner (café, thé, sucre, pastille pour le lave-vaisselle...) et c'est très appréciable"

"Super séjour, maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien. La pièce de séjour est top nous avons adoré avec la cheminée. Et les enfants ont adorés la salle de jeux :) Si nous devons revenir dans le coin nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Merci !"

"La casa es estupenda, grande, cómoda y con absolutamente todo lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectos !!!. Desde chimeneas a todos los utensilios de cocina para poder convivir perfectamente más de 10 personas. Todo perfecto, como los anfitriones, amables y ayudando siempre en todo lo posible para disfrutar de la casa y del pequeño y agradable pueblo de Belcaire. Muy recomendable !!!!"

"The house was stunning and completely as pictured. All the facilities worked really well and the house was a 12-15n minute walk to the centre of Cassis which was very convenient. The pool was kept clean there was air con in pretty much every room which for my American friends was a huge bonus. We had two small children with us and they very much enjoyed playing with the books and toys that were in the house - again another great bonus. The kitchen was great to cook in and had everything we needed and it was also really great to have such modern washers and dryers to clean our clothes halfway through the trip."
"The facilities in the apartment were fabulous from the coffee machine to the washing machine it was just what we needed. It was great to have the garage and although the car went in with no problem opening the doors, the length was tight but we did it! Location is perfect with local shops and restaurants within about 500m and the beach not much further but we used the balcony a lot and the shade from the palm tree was very welcome!"
"Handy for tram stops and for a train station. Big supermarket a short walk away and a smaller shop very close to the entrance. Kitchen very well equipped. Loved the balcony which had sun most of the day (road outside not noisy by our standards). Bathrooms good and shower pressure excellent. Good instructions on how to get into the apartment. The lift was big enough for 2 people and 2 big bags - it was very reliable. Particularly impressed that the photos were accurate. This really was lovely."

"Un super séjour au gîte du Mont Mentes, après l'avoir testé à cheval nous sommes revenus en piétons pour la St Valentin. Ambiance cocooning sous la neige, le gîte est décoré avec goût et tout est fonctionnel. Entre le jacuzzi et la vue du matin sur les chevaux, nous avons passé un moment hors du temps. Plusieurs chemins de rando sont accessibles depuis le gîte, et plusieurs lacs sont situés à 15-20min en voiture. Un grand merci à Fanny pour son accueil et ses petites attentions : nous avons eu la surprise de voir des oeufs frais avec de la confiture maison sur la table pour nos petits déjeuners, ainsi qu'un petit apéritif surprise de St Valentin en soirée. Les deux repas commandés étaient excellents, nous recommandons le dîner Terroir avec sa spécialité aux cèpes!"
